Do you have a problem? Something that’s really bugging you?
Your customers have problems too. They are unhappy. They are dissatisfied. They want their problems solved. They don’t really care who solves their problem, but they want it solved now and they won’t want to wait.
Can you solve their problem? If so you might have the basis for a new product or service.
You see people will pay to solve their problems – especially if you can solve them quickly without interrupting their busy lives.
